Warranty
ALUMINUM BAT WARRANTY:
Stinger provides customers with a one-time replacement within 12 months from the date of purchase. To qualify for warranty service, you must be the original bat owner and provide proof of purchase from an authorized Stinger Dealer or Stinger direct. We do not warranty any product purchased from any unauthorized source. Clearance bats priced under $80 are not backed by a warranty. The Stinger warranty covers the following things:
- Severe dents resulting from normal use (see misuse below)
-Structural cracks resulting from normal use (see misuse below)
REQUIREMENTS:
As a condition of any warranty claim, the bat and a valid receipt from an authorized Stinger dealer need to be provided to Stinger at the address below. Warranties will not be honored unless the bat and receipt are provided. All items returned under warranty will be reviewed by our qualified staff. If it is determined that your bat is covered under warranty, Stinger will send you either a repaired or replacement bat of the same model and size. We reserve the right to perform testing to determine if the bat meets warranty requirements and/or refuse warranty service to any person who, in the judgment of Stinger, abuses the Stinger product and/or warranty policy. Stinger also reserves the right to substitute a similar product as a replacement, if necessary.
SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY:
The warranty provided herein is the sole and exclusive warranty provided for Stinger Aluminum Bats. Stinger disclaims and the purchaser waives all other express or implied warranties including but not limited to the warranty against redhibitry vices and hidden defects, the warranty that the product is fit for it's intended purpose and the warranty that the product is of a special kind of quality.
BBCOR AND OTHER CERTIFICATIONS:
Any marking, graphic or sticker applied to a Stinger bat indicating that it is BBCOR certified or compliant or that a bat has obtained some other certification or approval from a third party shall only constitute a representation that the bat was so certified or approved at the time of purchase and not at any later time. Should a bat that was certified or approved at the time of purchase subsequently lose that certification or approval, Stinger may or may not, at it's sole option, develop a program for retrofitting, repairing or replacing the bat and/or providing a voucher to be applied toward the purchase of Stinger products. In such cases, the remedies provided under the program shall be the sole and exclusive remedies available to affected bat owners.
SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY:
The remedies provided herein, repair or replacement, are the sole remedies available and purchaser waives all other remedies including but not limited to recovery of consequential damages, attorney fees and legal expenses. In the event of legal proceedings or arbitration, purchaser agrees that any monetary recovery will be limited to the purchase price of the bat.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you purchased your metal bat directly from Stinger on our website stingersportsgear.com, you may exchange your bat within 30 days of the purchase. Bats must be new, unused, and in their original protective packaging. Proof of purchase must be provided. Stinger will not exchange any used or engraved bats. If the customer would like to exchange the bat for a different model of a different price, the customer will either pay or be refunded the difference in price. Returns will be subject to a $9.99 restocking fee.
MISUSE
Misuse of the bat will result in a void of warranty. Misuse includes, but is not limited to; using the bat for a non-baseball related activity, striking an object other than certified leather wrapped baseballs, use of bat in temperatures below 30° F. Stinger reserves the right to determine if damage was due to bat misuse.

If you have a warranty claim, please fill out the form below and ship the bat along with your proof of purchase to the address below. If this is a return or exchange please also include a note letting us know what you would like to exchange the item for, and your shipping address.
